Build-A-Bicycle Charity Teambuilding Session creates a competitive environment, where teams of bicycle manufacturing companies will compete on creating the best bicycle.

Companies will be required to perform team-bonding tasks to earn credits and to bid for bicycles parts from The Marketplace. The Marketplace replicates the stock market where equipment and materials prices will fluctuate through the session. Companies will need to strategically bid for the best items for the best price with the limited credits they have. 

After the construction of the bicycles, companies will have to market and sell their product to a panel of judge to win the Best Bicycle Award. Best part of the session? Having the bicycles donated to under privilege children or homes where the reward knows your handwork is for the better good.
